I appreciate that each situation is different and no Real Estate sale model can be a one-size-fits-all. I will work with you, paying attention to what is important to you as a seller or buyer, and serve you to the very best of my ability. 

I began my career in Real Estate by selling Real Estate at auction, as part of Reinhardt Auction Service. Later, I later became a member of the National Association of Realtors, to better serve my sellers and buyers. True to what I believe, there are many paths that lead to Real Property transfer. The auction method of marketing of Real Estate can look very different from traditional listing of Real Estate. One is not better than the other; only different. Depending on your needs, together, we can tailor the marketing of your Real Estate to your needs.
